Warranty Extended for Kin Com Physical Therapy machine. One year parts and labor. 

Our coverage is from 07-01-2023 to 07-01-2024. Isokinetic International Service Agreement – terms and conditions non-negotiable. This agreement will be in effect until the date specified on the estimate. A dated, signed estimate is an acceptance of the terms and conditions of the service agreement. This agreement is for the Kin-Com isokinetic machine as specified. The service does include general maintenance and repairs to maintain proper working order. The service includes calibration of the isokinetic machine and replacement of general maintenance parts as determined necessary for proper functioning by Isokinetic International. Any parts replaced during service, will be an exchange basis and will become property of Isokinetic International. This service agreement does not include pre-existing conditions prior to date of agreement or as determined by service technician. If the kin com owner is tax exempt, it will be their responsibility to provide proof of exemption by faxing the official state exemption certificate and or numbers. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us 30 days prior to expiration of service agreement for any changes made to service policies and charges. Prior notifications are required for relocation of machine, or transfer of ownership, or for parts supplied other that kin com directly.
